How do I pay for my order?

You can pay online using PayPal®, pay cash on collection or for local / national deliveries we can accept cheques. However, these have to be cleared first.

Do I pay a deposit?

Yes. We require a deposit which will be refunded on the return of the goods - provided they are in the same condition as you received them. A minimum deposit of £50 will be required, hired goods with a value in excess of £100 will require a 50% deposit.

How do I receive my order?

We will arrange delivery of the equipment to you at a time convenient to both parties on the first date of hire. Alternatively, you can collect the hire items yourself to keep the cost even lower.

How do I return the goods?

We will also arrange collection from the same address we delivered to. You can return them to our Luton base if you would prefer.

How do I know the goods are clean and safe?

All items are cleaned with antibacterial cleaning agent then steam cleaned with a cleaner approved by the British Allergy Foundation before and after every hire. They are also safety checked thoroughly by our team to ensure they remain in excellent condition. Remember, if we wouldn’t be happy with our own children using our products, we simply wouldn’t hire them out to you.

What happens if I damage the goods?

If a product is returned damaged, we will firstly establish the extent of the damage. Part or all of your deposit charge will then be retained to cover our costs.

Will I know how to operate everything in my order?

All orders are delivered with a copy of the manufacturers instructions included (if applicable). This way, you can be sure you will be able to operate the goods fully for the extent of your hire period.

Do you provide linen?

All travel cots and moses baskets come complete with linen included in the hire charge. There are no additional costs for this.

What happens if I wish to hire something longer term?

Just call us and we can provide you with costs for the goods you need.

Can I receive my order at Luton Airport?

Yes. We can arrange a collection and drop off service at Luton Airport; we will require your flight details and arrival/departure times. Please click HERE for more information.
